Refund policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the sight is defective, damaged or if your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately, so we can make it right. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for sights that have been installed or altered. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at haloshotgunsights@gmail.com or 517-260-2963.
Eligibility for Returns:
Sights can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Only returns on uninstalled, unused and unaltered sights will be refunded. The sight and all included parts must be returned in new condition.
Sights returned used, altered or with parts missing will not be refunded.
Return shipping cost:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, HALO SHOTGUN SIGHTS will pay for the return shipping, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, then replace the sight at no extra cost or issue you a refund.
How to start a return:
Email us at haloshotgunsights@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Mail the return to: HALO SHOTGUN SIGHTS, LLC. – support, 813 Derby Dr, Tecumseh, Michigan 49286. To expedite your return please include a copy of your order/invoice and the original packaging.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY SIGHTS IN A STANDARD BUSINESS OR LETTER ENVELOPE. Standard envelopes are processed through high-speed machines; packages over ¼’’ thick are sorted differently. High speed postal machines will tear a standard envelope containing a HALO SHOTGUN SIGHT and will most likely result in lost and/or damaged parts. PLEASE USE THE REQUIRED MAILER.
Sights returned using standard envelopes may not be refunded. Again, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund process:
Once we’ve inspected and approved your return, we’ll issue a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping cost, to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damaged Items at delivery:
The HALO SHOTGUN SIGHT’S durable 4140 alloy steel construction and sturdy design, make damage during delivery highly unlikely. However, if you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately. Items damaged during delivery need to be report to us within 5 days so we can address the issue with the shipping company. Please photo the damage to the sight and packaging.
If necessary, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, then replace the sight at no extra cost or issue you a refund.
