AGE REQUIREMENT:

FIREARMS SAFETY AND INDIVIDUAL RESULTS

It is the sole obligation of the user to ensure safe use of firearms, treat every firearm as loaded, keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction, keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire, and know your target and what lies beyond it. 

The HALO shotgun sight correlates target distance with your shotgun’s established pattern dispersion.  Understanding the effective range of your shotgun and its pattern spread at various distances is your responsibility, individual results may vary.  MAXIMUM CONTAINMENT RANGE is the greatest distance at which the measured diameter of the selected shot pattern consistently impacts the target within the calculated diameter of the HALO.  MAXIMUM TARGET RANGE is the greatest distance at which the measured diameter of the selected shot pattern consistently impacts the target.  MAXIMUM EFFECTIVE RANGE is the greatest distance at which an effective percentage of the pellets from the selected shot pattern consistently impact the target.  For safe and effective use, you must identify your individual maximum ranges (with your intended target) prior to any field use. Use at your own risk.

SALES AND USE TAX NOTICE

HALO SHOTGUN SIGHTS, LLC. is a Michigan-based online business. We collect sales tax only in states where we are legally required to do so. If sales tax is not charged on your order, your purchase may still be subject to your state’s use tax or similar tax. You may be responsible for reporting and paying any tax due directly to your state tax authority.

When using, accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of our products, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. ORDERS

Shopify must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.  HALO SHOTGUN SIGHTS reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Orders are confirmed upon acceptance of payment.  In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice.  The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.  Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties.
